Who are The Lending Team?
We're a family business started by a father and daughter duo, we strive to help each client feel financially empowered.
The Lending Team was established to assist individuals and businesses navigate the roadmap of lending. Our team have the experience of being "the customer" and fully appreciate the stress and uncertainly around finance.
Helping new residents and business owners / self employed applicants explore their home loan options are our specialty.
Starting as a trainee accountant through to managing a bespoke financial advisory business, I have over 30 years of assisting customers with finance support.
There's not much we haven't seen over the years.
Moved from South Africa with the family 2006 and never looked back. Husband, father and dedicated to the sport of Ironman.
NZ experience as a business owner in finance, hospitality and insurance industries, finance broker, BDM in business cash flow lending solutions, Bank business manager and Bank mobile mortgage manager.

I've always had a passion for finance. From a young age finances were not a 'taboo' subject in our household. We were encouraged to develop our own financial security and independence, learning all the skills and lessons we could from Neville's own experiences and incurred industry knowledge.
My role involves maintaining business operations including administration, compliance, marketing, social media etc.
Recently, I completed my Level 5 in Financial Services specialising in Residential Lending. I'll be mentored by Neville to eventually move into a role as a mortgage adviser.
Previously I completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Science and spent time working in the fitness industry as a personal trainer and fitness instructor.
